D-1050 - Converting Blank Labels

Model Die Cutting Capabilities Comes Equipped With Available Upgrades
Model # D-1050

Full Rotary Laminator and Converter with Standard Unwind Unit.		 Full Rotary for converting blank labels. Standard unwind unit for running roll-to-roll.

Waste removal mandrill and rewind for 3” cores.

Loop sensor for running in-line with any roll-fed printer. Built-in slitter.		 Reciprocating Rotary w/re-registration system for converting printed labels.

Deluxe Unwind Station for running roll-to-roll
  • Laminate and die cut printed labels in-line with any digital output press or roll-fed printer. Converts blank labels.
  • Maximum die cutting area is 10” x 12”. Maximum web width 10.25”. Slitter is standard.
  • Reciprocating rotary with re-registration system for converting printed labels. All job changes are done without removing cylinders from the press.
